Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit wird einerseits eine Übersicht über die Bedeutung von Verkehrsinformations-Apps in Österreich und der technologischen Akzeptanzforschung gegeben. Andererseits erlaubt die gewählte Methodik somit nicht nur Ergebnisse zur konkreten Fragestellung,sondern ermöglicht zusätzlich die Bewertung, der noch recht jungen Methode der Social-MediaBefragung und eine Einschätzung ihres Potentials für die Raumplanung
Kurzfassung englisch:
Within the framework of this diploma thesis, an overview of the importance of traffic information apps in Austria and technological acceptance research will be given. On the other hand, the chosen methodology not only allows results to be put into a specific question, but also allows the evaluation of the still relatively young method of social media surveys and an assessment of its potential for spatial planning.
