English abstract:
The organizers of ISSE 2019 conference welcome all attendees of this year 42nd International
Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology event, at Wrocław in Poland. Wroclaw is the capital
city of Lower Silesia located in south-western Poland on the Oder River. Since its foundation
in 1977, ISSE conference has been an international forum specialized for scientific knowledge
exchange between young and senior researchers on topics related to the wide state of the art
topics in the field of electronics technology and electronics packaging. Since its beginning ISSE
conference has been organized each year by another university. ISSE is founded with the idea
to be the first international conference experience for numerous young scientists, especially
for students and PhD-students. A very vivid review of the development and history of this
conference series was written by Prof. Wilfred Sauer, TU Dresden, one of the three co-founders
of ISSE. It was published in the 30th ISSE´s Book of Abstracts in 2007. With consideration
of the trends in Micro- and Nano- Electronics and their impact on Electronic Packaging this
year´s conference motto is concentrated on "Advances in Printed and Ceramic Microsystems".
The main related topics of the conference are:
. Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems,
. Process Modeling and Simulation,
. Advanced Packaging and Interconnection Technologies.
Local organizer of this year´s event is Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland.
Joint efforts of local organizing committee members and numerous volunteers including members
of the Technical Program Committee who reviewed the abstracts made this booklet possible.
Every abstract has been evaluated by four reviewers. This gives a guarantee of high quality level
of the conference. Three keynote talks of leading scientists will be presented at the beginning
of oral sessions.
The booklet comprises the abstract of 19 oral presentations and 85 poster presentations of
authors from academia from the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France,
Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine and USA.
This book of extended abstracts is meant to provide an overview of the whole technical
scope of the conference. The abstracts are ordered in the sequence of their paper-ID and related
eleven conference topics.
The organizers would like to take the opportunity to express their gratitude to:
. all participants for their valuable contributions,
. all reviewers for their help to achieve an internationally recognized scientific level,
. Ministry of Science and Higher Education for Honorary patronage,
. sponsors for financial support.
The organizers wish a successful and pleasant conference event at Wrocław.
