English abstract:
Digitalization and deployment of growing technologies in ICT are transforming the machining and the manufacturing industry worldwide. Intelligence is an essential feature of future development and production systems and intelligent production is a major component of future businesses, also according to the technological developments especially in the fi eld of precision engineering at micro/nano and pico scale production.
Intelligent production in the context of Industry 4.0 requires transformations in the designing, manufacturing, and verification of industrial products and processes based on Geometrical Product Specification and Verification (GPS). The design system and manufacturing processes are modeled for self-optimization with intelligent measurement processes with the target of practical approach for both the industry and education facilities. Geometrical and functional characteristics of the micro- /nano structures require dimensioning and geometrical tolerances, functioning, specification and verification.
The engineering disciplines working in the industrial sectors according the Industry 4.0 concept aim for meeting the needs of safe, efficient and cost effective solutions. The integrated management system in developing high technology tools and methodology will ensure to achieve this aim by using micro- /nano technology methods as a part of next-generation factory strategy. This means that the integrated intelligent management system
of quality, environment, energy, health & safety and information security in the manufacturing industry plays an essential role for the effective and efficient development of future industrial plants.
