English abstract:
The keynote talk will examine the way research has been implemented in leading architectural practices over the last three decades and proceed to established and emerging research cultures in architectural practices, especially in collaboration with academic and other research organizations. Special focus is placed on developing research strategy and resources.

Der Keynote-Vortrag diskutiert, wie Forschung in führenden Architekturbüros in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten entwickelt und umgesetzt wurde, und zu Forschungskulturen in Architekturbüros evolviert. Besonderes Augenmerk ist auf die detaillierte Entwicklung von Forschungsstrategien und -ressourcen gelegt.
