Kurzfassung englisch:
BACKGROUND: The development of novel synthetic materials at the interface of surgical and biological requirements faces interdisciplinary challenges.1 This results in a lack of reliable artificial prostheses for surgery. This work shows the boost of in-vivo performance of small-diameter biodegradable vascular grafts if materials are tailored to surgical and biological needs.
