Kurzfassung englisch:
Frontal polymerization is a unique and elegant curing method known to the academic research since several decades. Although the principle is established for such a long time, only in the last few years attention of different industries was drawn towards frontal polymerization. I this work the process of cationic Frontal polymerization (Figure 1) shall be deconstructed and each step will receive a thorough examination regarding already achieved improvements and still open challenges.
