English abstract:
In the research project BRISE-Vienna, a team of researchers and BIM experts is developing the building submission process of the future with and for the City of Vienna. The focus is on the openBIM model of the building project to be submitted. This BIM model is subjected to semi-automatic test routines. AR and AI support the authority in the process.
German abstract:
Im Forschungsprojekt BRISE-Vienna entwickelt ein Team aus Forscher_innen und BIM-Expert_innen das Baubewilligungsverfahren der Zukunft mit und für die Stadt Wien. Im Fokus steht das openBIM-Modell des einzureichenden Bauvorhabens. Dieses BIM-Modell wird teilautomatischen Prüfroutinen unterzogen. AR und KI unterstützen die Behörde im Verfahren.
