English abstract:
The research on novel design tools to enhance the production of residential
buildings was the objective of this study. This ongoing research within the funded
research project "Housing 4.0" aims to develop a BIM-based digital platform for
ecological and affordable multi-storey housing. As part of the platform we
developed the prototype of an Algorithm-aided BIM tool for the semi-automated
generation of modular building designs.
