The SUNRISE mission was to develop, implement, and assess co-learning about new, collaborative ways to address common urban mobility challenges at neighbourhood level. Towards this aim, six cities across Europe (Bremen, Budapest, Jerusalem, Malmo, Southend-on-Sea, Thessaloniki) fostered collaborative processes in specific neighbourhoods. The extensive involvement of local actors by means of a wide range of co-creation activities tailored to the characteristics of the neighbourhoods led to the implementation of mobility measures different from city to city. The project ran from April 2017 to July 2021, therefore its development and outcomes were impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19 and the regulations adopted by local and central governments to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
The present report D4.3 summarises the findings of the evaluation and assessment of the SUNRISE co-creation actions and measures. Details can be found in the SUNRISE deliverable D4.2, which contains the comprehensive analysis for each city and each of the actions and measures carried out, and should be regarded as a refence document to this current report.
