The research is clear that diversity matters for  creativity and better problem solving. And diversity also  matters for  the technologies we design and for who is engaged in producing these  technologies. But how do we understand diversity? How do we engage with  the multiple dimensions of diversity that can matter? and how do we put  diversity to work in practice? In this session I hope to stimulate  conversations around such diversity matters
