The goal of this thesis is the compaction of properties owned by retail shops. The idea is to superstruct the parking area and/or the retail property. The background of this thesis is the problem of suburbanization of the surroundings of the city of Vienna.
Problems such as high requirement of living space, sealing of the ground, division of the landscape and traffic problems shall be counteracted by compaction of the surrounding cities.
Target area of the compaction are the northern surroundings of Vienna, which is part (surroundings of Vienna) of the fastest growing region in Austria. Because of that it has to deal extremely starkly with the problem of suburbanization.
The project develpment is based upon a selected property and shall counteract the problem of suburbanization.

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Nachverdichtung von Grundstücken des Einzelhandels. Die Idee ist es den Parkplatz und/oder das Einzelhandelsobjekt zu Überbauen. Hintergrund der Arbeit ist das Problem der Suburbanisierung vom Umland der Stadt Wien.
Durch eine Nachverdichtung von den umliegenden Städten soll den Probleme wie dem hohen Wohnbedarf des Umlandes, Bodenversiegelung, Landschaftszerschneidung und Verkehrsprobleme entgegenwirken.
Zielgebiet der Nachverdichtung ist das nördliche Umland von Wien. Das Wiener Umland ist einer der am stärksten wachsenden Regionen in Österreich und kämpft deswegen besonders stark mit dem Problem der Suburbanisierung.
Die Projektentwicklung orientiert sich an ein ausgewähltes Grundstück und soll den Problemen der Suburbanisierung entgegenwirken
